Certificate in Psychiatric Rehabilitation

The Certificate Program aims to provide qualified undergraduate students enrolled in the Psychology major at CCAS the option to concurrently enroll in a 21 credit Certificate in Psychiatric Rehabilitation.  Students can apply to the certificate program option as soon as they successfully complete the Introduction to Psychiatric Rehabilitation course, which will be offered as an elective course open to all CCAS undergraduate Psychology majors.

Why should psychology majors obtain the Certificate in Psychiatric Rehabilitation?

  • The program prepares students to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals living with serious mental health conditions and contribute to the field of mental health services.
